摘要
武器装备科研生产能力生成应随着战斗力生成模式的转变而转变。界定了军民融合式武器装备科研生产能力生成的概念,分析了军民融合式武器装备科研生产能力生成的内涵,研究了军民融合式武器装备科研生产能力生成的影响因素。在此基础上,构建了基于马尔科夫随机过程的军民融合式武器装备科研生产能力生成模型,并进行了案例分析,为深入开展军民融合式武器装备科研生产能力生成研究奠定了基础。
Ability generate of weapon equipment research and production should change with the generate mode of combat ability. The paper defines the concept about ability generate of civil-military integration weapon equipment research and production, analyzes the connotation about ability generate of civil-military integration equipment research and production, studies the affecting factors about ability generate of civil-military integration equipment research and production, and on this basis, builts dynamic model based on Markov random process, and gets a case to study. The paper lays a solid foundation for the research on ability generate of civil-military integration equipment research and production.
