摘要
开展军民融合式武器装备科研生产的理论研究对于推进军民融合式武器装备科研生产体系建设具有重大意义。分析了构建军民融合式武器装备科研生产体系的意义,提出了军民融合式武器装备科研生产体系的概念及构成,给出了深入研究军民融合式武器装备科研生产体系需重点关注的理论问题。
It can be of great significance in studying the theory of scientific research and production of civil-military integration weapon equipment so as to construct the weapon equipment research and production system. The paper analyzes the meaning of building the scientific research and production system of civil-military integration weapon equipment, puts forward its connotation and composition, and the theory problems mainly concerned of the system are given.
