摘要
信息技术的飞速发展和战争形态的演变对传统的装备保障能力生成模式造成猛烈冲击，迫切需要构建适应未来作战需求的新的能力生成模式。阐述了装备保障能力生成模式的内涵，分析了传统装备保障能力生成模式的特点与不足。并针对未来作战需求，从思维形式、构成体系、实现途径等几个方面对信息化条件下我军装备保障能力生成模式进行了初步探讨。
The development of information technology and transformation of war modality make a strong impact on the conventional ability-forming model,which is urgent to establish a new ability-forming model. This paper expounds the meaning and analyzes the characteristics of conventional ability-forming model. According to war requirement this paper discusses ability forming model under the information condition from the thought form, component system and approach.
