摘要
目的:探讨萌动激活赤灵芝孢子对小鼠肝癌的抑制作用及其对肝脏的保护作用。方法:通过动物试验验证灵芝孢子对移植性小鼠肝癌的抑制作用及对D-氨基半乳糖所致肝脏损害的防护作用。抑瘤试验设2组处理:A.对照组(肝癌移植+生理盐水);B.灵芝孢子给药组(肝癌移植+灵芝孢子6g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),受试小鼠每日分别给予受试物共10天,比较AB组瘤重,计算抑瘤率。护肝试验设3组处理:C.生理盐水对照组;D.D-氨基半乳糖+生理盐水组;E.D-氨基半乳糖+灵芝孢子组(6g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),10d后测小鼠肝功能(ALT)并取肝组织行病理组织学检查。结果:AB两组小鼠间瘤重存在着极显著性差异,灵芝孢子组抑瘤率为86.7%;DE组小鼠ALT及病理组织学指标均有显著性差异,灵芝孢子对D-氨基半乳糖所致肝损害具有拮抗作用。结论:萌动激活赤灵芝孢子对小鼠肝癌有抑制作用,对肝细胞具保护作用。
Aim: To study the effects of germination activated Ganoderma lucidum spores (GLS) on inhibiting mouse hepatoma and protecting liver. Methods; Mice experiments in vivo were conducted to observe the effects of GLS on liver tissue injury induced by D-aminogalactose and tumor inhibitory rates (TIR) to planted mouse hepatoma. Results: In the dose of 6g/kg. b. w. daily, GLS had positive effect on liver tissue and ALT. its T1R to planted mouse hepatoma was 86- 7%. Conclusion; The results suggested that GLS has the function of antitumor and protection liver.
