摘要
以立卧式加工中心高速电主轴单元为研究对象,建立高速电主轴系统的有限元分析模型,分析计算得到系统热特性分析的边界条件.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对电主轴在不同转速条件下的温度场及其主轴的热变形进行仿真分析并进行实验验证.结果表明:影响产品加工质量的主要因素为轴向位移和径向跳动,而且主轴转速越大其位移值越大.
Taking the high-speed motorized spindle unit of vertical and horizontal machining center as investigation object,a finite element model of high-speed motorized spindle system was setup and the boundary conditions for analysis of system thermal characteristics of the spindle was obtained by means of analysis and computation.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the temperature field and thermal deformation of the spindle with different speeds were simulatively analyzed and experimentally verified.The result showed that the main factors that would affect on the quality of product processing were the axial displacement and radial runout of the spindle and the greater the spindle speed was the greater the displacement would be.
