摘要
为了更精确地研究高速电主轴的热态特性,基于热力学理论,考虑定、转子表面粗糙度对定、转子间隙换热系数及空气摩擦损耗的影响,分别计算电主轴产热量和各传热系数,建立电主轴有限元模型,通过数值分析得到电主轴温度场及热变形情况。结果表明:随着转速和定、转子表面粗糙度的增大,空气摩擦损耗量增加;定、转子间隙换热系数随着定、转子表面粗糙度的增加不断增大;定、转子表面粗糙度大的电主轴温度比粗糙度小的温度低,表明换热系数对高速电主轴温升的影响比空气摩擦损耗对其的影响更明显。
In order to research the thermal characteristics of the high speed motorized spindle more accurately,based on the thermodynamic theory,considering the influence of the surface roughness of the stator and rotor on the heat transfer coefficient of the stator and rotor and the air friction loss,the heat generation of the motorized spindle and the heat transfer coefficient are calculated respectively.The finite element model of the motorized spindle is established,the temperature field and thermal deformation of the motorized spindle are obtained through numerical analysis.The results show that the air friction loss increases with the increase of the rotational speed and the surface roughness of the stator and rotor.As the rotor surface roughness increases,the heat transfer coefficient of the stator and rotor increases;the temperature of the motorized spindle with large surface roughness of the stator and rotor is lower than that with small surface roughness,which indicates that the influence of the heat transfer coefficient on the temperature rise of the high speed motorized spindle is more obvious than that of the friction loss of the air.
