摘要
劳动法作为工会院校的特色课程之一,为现实维护劳动者合法权益、培养协调劳动关系特色人才的培养目标奠定了专业基础。本研究结合开放教育的新理念,利用工会院校的优势,重点针对劳动关系纠纷案件,开展劳动法诊所式教学实践,大力推进劳动法诊所式教学模式,把劳动法学教育与社会的适应性作为理论和实践共同关注的重要问题。
Labor Law is one of the special courses of trade union schools.Based on the idea of opening education and the advantages of trade union schools,in the teaching process of Labor Law,we should enhance the teaching mode of labor law clinic aiming at the cases of labor conflict and dispute,improve practical teaching mode.
