摘要
"劳动法与社会保障法"被教育部新增为法学专业核心课程,在其教学过程中,教师需要注意夯实社会法理论基础,正确诠释劳动与社会保障法制发展中的应然与实然;要理顺课程体系,处理好这两者内容上的衔接;根据课程特点,强化案例教学,从而使学生获得关于该学科的全面的理论知识和实务能力。
The course “Labor and Social Security Law” has been ranked by the Ministry of Education among the 16 core courses for law majors. In teaching, teachers should pay more attention to basic theories of social law and correct- ly interpreting the relation between labor law and social security law. The curriculum system must also be improved so that different teaching contents can be combined. Also, more case analysis must be provided in teaching, so that stu- dents can obtain comprehensive knowledge and practical ability.
