摘要
法律诊所是一种新的法学实践教学模式,符合高校法学本科教育的培养目标,对法律应用型人才的培养和教学模式的创新具有重大的借鉴意义。据此,文章分析了高校法学专业开展诊所教育的必要性和可行性,借鉴和引进诊所法律教育方法,提出了具体教学实施方案。
University legal clinic is a new mode of legal practice teaching, which accords with the goal of legal undergraduate education. It is significant in training application-oriented legal specialists and innovating legal teaching styles. The necessity and feasibility of conducting clinical legal education in law speciality are analyzed. By introducing the methods of clinical legal education, a specific teaching implementing program is proposed to improve the practice teaching of law speciality.
