摘要 目的探讨RAB鸟苷酸交换因子1(RABGEFl)蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中的表达水平。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测46例卵巢恶性肿瘤、21例卵巢良性肿瘤及15例正常卵巢组织中RABGEFl蛋白的表达水平。结果RABGEFl蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为7l_7%,在卵巢良性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为38.1%,在正常卵巢组织中未检测到RABGEFl蛋白的表达;RABGEFl蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达率显著高于良性肿瘤(矿一6.87,P一0.0087)。结论RABGEFl蛋白可能参与卵巢肿瘤的发生及发展,卵巢组织中RABGEFl蛋白的表达检测或许有助于卵巢肿瘤的辅助诊断。 Objective To explore expression of RABGEF1 protein in malignant ovarian tumor tissues, benign ovarian tumor tissues and normal ovarian tissues. Methods RABGEF1 expression levels were examined immunohistoehemically in speci- mens of human ovarian tissues including 46 cases of malignant ovarian tumor tissue,21 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissue, and 15 cases of normal ovarian tissue. Results The positivity rates of RABGEF1 expression in malignant and benign ovarian tumor tissue were 71.7% and 38. 1%, respectively. The positive expression rates of RABGEF1 in malignant ovarian tumor tissue were higher than that in benign ovarian tumor tissue (x2= 6.87, P= 0. 008). RABGEF1 expression was not found in normal ovarian tissues. Conclusion The RABGEF1 expression may play an important role in the development and progression of ovarian tumor. Detection of RABGEF1 protein levels in ovarian tissue may be helpful for diagnosis of ovarian tumor.
