摘要
目的:使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,采用选择监测离子法测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量。方法:色谱柱DB-5MS(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)石英毛细管色谱柱,程序升温:起始温度140℃,保持2 min,以10℃/min速率升温至280℃,保持4 min,以高纯氦气为载气,流速2.0 ml·min^(-1),样品用CO_2超临界流体萃取,萃取液用乙酸乙酯溶解,选择离子监测法定量。结果:欧前胡素在2.10~210.00μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 7)范围内线性良好;平均回收率为99.9%,检测限为0.1 ng·ml^(-1)。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、结果准确可靠,可以用于测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量。
Objective-To develop a new GC-MS method for the determination of imperatorin in Angelica dahurica.Method：Imperatorin was analyzed quantitatively on a DB-5MS（30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm） quartz capillary chromatographic column with elective ion monitoring.Programmed temperature was changed as the following：the oven temperature was initially at 140℃ for 2 min,and then programmed to 280℃ at 10℃/min and kept constant for 4 min.Helium was used as the carrier gas at a constant flow rate of 2.0 ml？ min-1.The sample was extracted by ultrasound in acetic ether.Result：There was a good linear relationship within the range of 2.10210.00μg？ml-1（r = 0.999 7） for imperatorin.The average recovery was 99.9%and the detection limit was 0.1 ng ？ ml-1.Conclusion;The method is convenient with good sensibility and accuracy,and can be used to determine the content of imperatorin in Angelica dahurica.
