摘要
目的:探讨人工合成与天然麝香对中枢神经的影响。方法:将90只大鼠随机分为三组,即对照组、人工合成麝香组和天然麝香组,各30只,后将不同剂量时三组大鼠在缩短戊巴比妥钠引起的睡眠时间的效果、10min躁动次数及海马区星状胶质细胞数目等进行研究及比较。结果:经研究比较发现,小剂量人工麝香组和天然麝香组均较对照组缩短大鼠的睡眠时间,躁动次数多于对照组,而大剂量时人工麝香组和天然麝香组均较对照组延长大鼠的睡眠时间,躁动次数也少于对照组,同时不同剂量时均可降低海马区星状胶质细胞数目,经比较,P<0.05或P<0.01,均有显著性差异。结论:人工合成与天然麝香对中枢神经的影响均较明显,但以天然麝香更为明显,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To study the influence of artificial musk and natural moschus for the central nervous. Methods: 90 rats were randomly divided into three groups, they were 30 rats of control group ,30 rats of artificial musk groups and 30 rats of natural moschus group,then the effect of sleep time caused by pentobarbital sodium,10 min restlessness times and amount of hyperplasia of hippocampal artrocytes in the hippocampus of the three groups at different doses were studied and compared. Results: The sleep time of artificial musk group and natural moschus group at low dose were both shorter than that of the control group, restlessness times were more than that of the control group ,and sleep time of artificial musk group and natural moschus group at high dose were both longer than that of the control group ,restlessness times were less than that of the control group, but the amount of hyperplasia of hippocampal artrocytes in the hippocampus of artificial musk group and natural moschus group at low dose and high dose were both less than that of control group ,P0.05 or P 0.01,there were significant differences. Conclusion: The influence of artificial musk and natural moschus for the central nervous are both big,but natural moschus is bigger,and is worthy of further studying.
