气相色谱-质谱联用法测定地西泮注射液中地西泮的含量 被引量：1

摘要 目的建立使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,采用选择监测离子法测定地西泮注射液中地西泮含量的方法。方法色谱柱DB-5MS(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)石英毛细管色谱柱,样品用乙酸乙酯萃取,采用选择离子监测法定量。结果地西泮在50～1000μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9971);回收率96.8%～100.8%,检测限0.01ng。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。
