摘要
系统地研究了微合金化控轧钢的织构和控轧工艺参数(如终轧温度)对层状撕裂的影响,对层状裂纹的形成与扩展机制进行了探讨。根据钢中诸强化效应的脆化矢量分析,提出相应的脆性转变温度表达式。结果表明,钢板内产生一个层状裂纹可使脆性转变温度下降9℃。
The effect of texture and technological parameters (such as FRT) on the separation in a microalloy controlled rolling steel have bean studied systematically and inquired into formation of the laminated crack and spreading mechanism. According to vector analysis of brittleness in steel, a quantitative expression of the brittle transition temperature has been established. The results indicate that the brittle transition temperature may decrease by 9℃ owing to produce a laminated crack in steel.
