海洋平台用大厚度齿条钢焊接性研究 被引量:1

Study on the weldability of steels with large thickness for offshore platform racks

摘要 通过理论计算、焊接热影响区最高硬度试验及全厚度对接焊力学性能试验,研究了177.8 mm厚的齿条钢ASTM A517Gr.Q的焊接性。试验结果表明:与焊接热影响区最高硬度试验结果相比,在全厚度对接焊时,接头热影响区整体的淬硬程度显著增大,存在较大的冷裂风险,局部甚至已经出现冷裂纹。微观组织分析结果表明,全厚度接头焊接热影响区的组织主要以板条马氏体为主,致使接头热区具有较高的强度和硬度。 The article studies the weldability of 177.8 mm thick ASTM A517 Gr. Q steels for offshore platform racks by theoretical calculations, maximum hardness tests of the heat affected zone (HAZ) and mechanical tests of butt welding joint with full thickness. The results demonstrate that compared with maximum hardness test results for HAZ,the hardening level of the whole HAZ in the butt joint of full thickness increases markedly,presenting a high risk of cold cracking,and cold cracks even have formed in the certain area in HAZ. The microstructure in the welded joint of full thickness mainly consists of lath martensite, resulting in the high strength and hardness of the HAZ.
