摘要
采用Ｚ向拉伸试验、Ｚ向窗孔试验、测定钢中硫的含量和电镜分析等方法对钳夹式变压器油箱采用的１５ＭｎＶＮＴｉ新型高强钢的层状撕裂敏感性进行了研究，并以此为依据制定了在焊接过程中适宜采用的焊接工艺．
In this paper,the investigation on lamellar tearing sensitivity of 15MnVNTi new type highstrength steel applied to the giant clamp type oil tank of transformer was made by means ofthrough-thickness tensile test,window test,the determination of the content of sulphur andelectronic microscope anylysis, etc.On the basis of the results,the available welding procedurewas given.
