摘要
目的观察刘寄奴配伍豨莶草联合牛磺熊去氧胆酸对病毒性淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 60例病例随机分成2组,对照组采用口服牛磺熊去氧胆酸(体质量<50 Kg者,2粒/d,体质量\50 Kg者,3粒/d)治疗;治疗组加用刘寄奴配伍豨莶草,疗程3周,观察2组治疗前、后临床疗效和肝功能生化指标改善情况。结果疗程结束后治疗组肝功能生化指标下降显著,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0101,P<0105);2组总体临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0105)。结论中药刘寄奴配伍豨莶草具有清热解毒,活血化瘀的作用,联合牛磺熊去氧胆酸对病毒性淤胆型肝炎疗效良好,可能与其能够明显改善肝脏微循环有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Artemisia Anomala, Glandularstalk St. Paulswort Herb and Tauro Ursodesoxy Cholic Acid on Viral Cholestatic Hepatitis. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group. Control group was treated with Tauro Ursodesoxy Cholic Acid （body weight 〈 50 Kg, two capsules a day; body weight≥50 Kg, three capsules a day）, while treatment group was added Chinese medicine of Artemisia Anomala and Glandularstalk St. Paulswort Herb treatment. To observe two groups clinical effect and biochemical indicators of liver function before and after treatment for 3 weeks. Results Compared to control group, the biochemical indicators of liver function after treatment of 3 weeks were markedly decreased in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）, and clinical effect is also higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine of Artemisia Anomala and Glandularstalk St. Paulswort are Heat-clearing and detoxicating and Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. With Tauro Ursodesoxy Cholic Acid treatment, the effect for Viral Cholestatic Hepatitis was good. It was partly related to improvement of hepatic microcirculation.
