应用槌果藤提取物治疗瘢痕疙瘩 被引量:13

摘要 目的:应用维吾尔草药槌果藤提取物治疗瘢痕疙瘩并探讨其作用机理。方法:加工提取槌果藤获得制剂,外涂病灶,治疗过程中照相,观察反应及效果对比。结果:应用维吾尔草药槌果藤提取物治疗瘢痕疙瘩9例,全部有效。其中1例皮肤约15cm×20cm大小,治疗200天后基本痊愈,且治疗两周左右发生迟发性超敏反应后病情迅速改善,免疫组化发现治疗后皮肤出现大量T3、T4、T8淋巴细胞。结论:槌果藤提取物通过非特异性细胞免疫调节改善胶原纤维代谢而达到治疗作用。 Objective The treatment of Keloid using Cappairs Spinosa extractor and research of its mechanism. Methods Manufacturing Cappairs Spinosa extractor, and applying it on the focus. During the treatment, photograph were done, observing adverse drug reaction and comparison of the effects. Results 9 cases having obvious effect, among which 1 case derma lesion about 15cm×20cm. He was recoveried completely after 200 days'. Approximate 2 week of treatment. He occurs late onset. Ultra-sensitivity reaction, The condition of this Patient was improvement quickly and the examination of histological. Chemistry appears a number of T3 T4 T8 lymphatic cells. Conclusion Cappairs Spinosa extractor, it can adjust nonspecific cellular immunity to improve collagenic fibers' metabolism and shows therapeutic action obviously.
