摘要
元坝气田主力气藏埋深超过7 000 m,是中国埋藏最深的海相气田。陆相地层岩性致密、硬度高、非均质性强,机械钻速低,特别是须家河组地层,硬度高、研磨性强、可钻性极差,牙轮钻头磨损速度快、进尺短,PDC钻头难以满足高研磨性的要求,钻头合理选型困难。针对须家河组地层硬度高、砂泥岩交错的地层特点,研制出了KPM系列牙轮-PDC混合钻头,采用3刀翼和3牙轮设计,兼具牙轮和PDC钻头两者的优点。在元坝须家河组应用3井次,较好克服了地层硬度高、软硬交错的影响,进尺和机械钻速均获得大幅提高,为元坝钻井提速探索新的方向。
The main reservoir buried more than 7000m in Yuanba gas field and its geological conditions are quite complicated such as high density lithology and hardness,strong hetero-geneity which lead to low penetration rate and long drilling period,especially the Xujiahe formation,with high abrasive rock and low drillability,the cone bits wear quickly and PDC bits are not suitable for the formation.In order to solve the problems faced in Xujiahe formation,KPM hybrid drill bit was designed and manufactured.The hybrid drill bit had three blades and three cones,combined the advantages of cone bit and PDC bit.The KPM bits were applied three times in Yuanba field,the penetration rate and drill footage were increased greatly.The hybrid drill bit is worthy popularizing and applying for improving the drilling speed in Yuanba area.
