摘要
为提高连铸机拉矫辊的使用寿命,提出了新型复合式拉矫辊结构,在对其应力分析的基础上,进行了结构尺寸优化设计,并进行了光弹及热光弹性实验研究。结果表明:此新型复合辊可大幅度降低其循环应力幅值,从而提高使用寿命。
To improve the service life of the pulling-straightening roller in CCM, a new-type compound roller is proposed in this pa- per. On the basement of the stresses analyzing, the structure size is designed using optimum method. And by using photoelastic and thermal photoelastic method, the experiment and research is made. The results illustrate that the value of the circulating stresses in the new-type compound roller is largely reduced.
