摘要
本文根据热传导理论和弹塑性理论对板坯连铸机拉矫辊所受的温度载荷进行了分析,并按照现场实测的边界条件,应用分析法与有限元法对其所产生的温度场和热应力进行了分析计算,所计算的结果与实验结果是一致的,从而得到了相互验证,由此,找到了拉矫辊损坏的原因。为提高辊子的寿命,制造新型辊子提供了理论依据。
From the theories of heat trausfer, plastics and elastics, this paper present a systematical study on the temperatune loads of a pull-straightening roller in a continuous costing machine. Based on the measured boundary conditions, the temperature field and thermal stress are solved by method of the analysis and the finite element, which is consistent with that of the measured one. The causes for roller fracture has been found with the above method. In addition, the measires to extend the roller life and criteriln to design the new type roller are provided.
