摘要
针对螺纹加工中存在的主要问题,研究总结螺纹铣削的工艺和编程方法。在此基础上,开发了通用螺纹和锥螺纹的铣削程序,并进行简化,由此解决小直径螺纹、特殊螺纹的加工问题。应用所开发的螺纹铣削程序,可以降低螺纹加工的不合格率,提高加工效率。
Aiming at the main problems existing in thread machining,the technology and programming method of thread milling were studied and summarized.On this basis,the milling programs of general thread and taper thread were developed and simplified,thereby solving the processing problem of small diameter thread and special thread.The application of the thread milling program developed can reduce the unqualified rate of thread processing and improve the processing efficiency.
