摘要
本文针对阜新某膨润土矿经磨粉机除砂磨粉之后,蒙脱石含量不能达到生产要求这一问题,采用小锥角,多型号小直径水力旋流器串联的工艺对其磨粉之后的产品进行湿法提纯,通过适宜的入料浓度、给矿压力,使旋流器各级产品蒙脱石含量均有提高,最终精矿品位达到95%以上,满足生产要求,并且该工艺简单,设备投资少,生产效率高,可应用于现场生产。
This article mainly study on the bentonite from Fuxin in allusion to the problemof the content of montmorillonite after pulverizer can not reach the production requirement, in this work, using the processe of in series of the different model hydrocyclones with small angle and small diameter to purify the product after pulverizer. With appropriate concentration and pressure, the processe enhance the content of montmorillonite of each producteven can make the concentrategrade reach 95%, meet the production requirements simplifythe processe and improve production efficiency, can be applied to field production.
