摘要
以天然沸石为原料,采用模板剂-水热合成法制备介孔材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、氮气吸附/脱附和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)试验对产物进行了表征,研究了常压晶化和高压晶化对介孔材料粒度、形貌的影响。结果表明,以正丁胺为模板剂,采用高压晶化(大于等于2.3 MPa)制备的介孔材料结构参数比较好,这为进一步采用高压晶化法制备介孔材料提供了理论依据。
Mesoporous materials were prepared using natural zeolite as raw material by templating reagent-hydrothermal synthesis. The results were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, nitrogen adsorption/de-commanded test and SEM, and the influence of the different crystallization pressure on mesoporous materials granularity and morphology were studied. The results showed that the structure parameters of mesoporous materials which have been prepared by using butylamine as templating agent and adopting high pressure crystallization are better. For the further using high-pressure crystallization The results provide theory basis for the preparation of mesoporous materials with high-pressure crystallization for the further.
