摘要
选用六偏磷酸钠作分散剂,探讨了广丰膨润土矿提纯优化工艺。结果表明:在100g膨润土,矿浆质量分数15%,搅拌时间2h,添加剂用量0.2%的条件下,提纯土的性能得到大大改善。
The technology of purifying bentonite from Guangfeng was discussed with using sodium hexametaphosphate as disperant. The results showed that the optimum technologic conditions for the purification of bentonite were bentonite 100 grams, solid-liquid ratio 15 %, stirring time 2 hours, and dispersant 0.2% . And the properties of purified bentonRe were improved.
