摘要
针对综采工作面回撤掩护支架的使用工况较为恶劣,工人靠近操作存在危险的问题,设计了一种综采工作面回撤掩护支架电液控制系统;给出了回撤掩护支架的主要技术参数及其在巷道中的布置方式,详细介绍了回撤掩护支架电液控制系统组成及主要设备配置。实际应用表明,该系统设计合理、操作简单、故障率较低,避免了井下工人在危险区域作业的问题。
In view of problem that applying condition of withdraw shield support on fully-mechanized face is bad, and it has danger for underground worker to close to operate the support, an electro-hydraulic control system of withdraw shield support on fully-mechanized face was designed. It gave main technical parameters of the withdraw shield support and its arrangement mode in roadway, introduced composition and configuration of main devices of the electro-hydraulic control system of the withdraw shield support in details. Actual application shows that the system has reasonable design, simple operation and low fault rate, which avoids operation in dangerous area for underground worker.
