摘要
介绍了超静定液压支架的架型。利用Pro/E三维软件对顶梁进行了建模,并使用ANSYS软件针对4种不同受力方式进行了有限元的受力分析,得出顶梁在不同情况下最大应力和存在危险的部位。对今后该支架的设计与改进提供了理论依据。
The type of ultra-static hydraulic support was introduced. Models the roof timber by using Pro/E three-dimensional software, and carries out a finite element analysis on the four different ways of stress with ANSYS software, figuring out the maximum stress and the dangerous parts of roof timber under different conditions. The results will provide theoretical basis for the design and improvements of such ultra-static hydraulic support.
