Preparation of Barium Titanate Ceramic Fibers by Sol-Gel Method

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸钡纤维,研究了原料种类对前驱体溶胶制备的影响。研究发现,用钡和钛的无机盐不能制备溶胶;以钛酸四丁酯和醋酸钡为原料,制备了钛酸钡陶瓷纤维。凝胶纤维在900℃煅烧1h后,物相为立方BaTiO3相,纤维直径为40μm。 Barium titanate fibers were prepared by Sol-Gel method.The effect of raw materials on sol preparation was studied.Barium titanate ceramic fibers were not obtained by using the inorganic salts of titanate and barium as raw materials; but the fibers could be prepared by using Ti(C4H9O)4 and Ba(CH3COO)2 as raw materials,by which barium titanate ceramic fibers were preparation by sintering at 900 ℃ for 1 h,with cubic BaTiO3 phase of (Φ)40 μm in diameter.
