摘要
采用熔盐法制备了具有各向异性片状结构的Sr2Bi4Ti5O18晶体,利用XRD,SEM等测试分析手段对熔盐反应产物的晶体结构和显微形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明:当采用KCl-NaCl混合熔盐,熔盐与总反应物的质量比为1:1,1100℃保温3 h时,可以制备出纯的Sr2Bi4Ti5O18粉体,扫描电镜照片显示Sr2Bi4Ti5O18晶粒呈片状形貌,其晶粒长宽为5~25μm、厚度约为0.2μm左右,且分散性较好;XRD图谱显示晶粒在(00l)晶面择优生长,该方法所合成的片状晶粒可作为织构化陶瓷的模板。
High-anisotropic plate-like Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 micro-crystals were prepared by molten salt method in a molten salt of KCl-NaCl with 1:1 mole ratio. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to characterize the crystal structure and microscopic morphology of the reaction products. It was found that the pure Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 crystal can be prepared at 1100 ℃ for 3 h when the weight ratio of the molten salt to total reactants is 1:1. The SEM results show the anisotropic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 crystals are plate-like with 5-25 μm in edge length and 0.2 μm in thickness. The XRD results show the plate-like Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 crystal are prefer to grow on (00l) plane,which can be used as templates for textured ceramics.
