摘要
用硝酸铝、氧化镁和正硅酸乙酯为原料,乳酸为络合剂,用溶胶—凝胶法制备了莫来石—氧化硅—顽火辉石复合纤维。用FTIR、XRD和SEM对凝胶纤维和陶瓷纤维进行表征。结果表明,凝胶纤维在1 200℃煅烧2h后得到了具有光滑表面和致密微观结构的莫来石—氧化硅—顽火辉石复合纤维。
Mullite-silica-enstatite composites fibers were prepared with sol-gel method with aluminum ni-trate, magnesia and tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw materials, and lactic acid as complexant. FTIR spectra, XRD, and SEM analysis were applied to characterize the properties of the gel and ceramic fibers. The re-suits show that the composites fibers with a smooth surface and dense microstructure are obtained through the sintering gel fibers at 1 200 ℃ for 2 h.
