膀胱癌中VEGF、bFGF表达及与微血管定量的关系 被引量:2

摘要 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的表达及与血管形成定量的关系。应用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 6 2例原发性膀胱移行细胞癌组织中VEGF、bFGF进行检测 ,并对其在 30例浸润性膀胱癌组织中的表达与血管形成的定量关系进行相关性研究。结果发现 ,膀胱癌组织中VEGF、bFGF阳性表达率分别为 5 6 5 %和 46 8% ,与病理分级、临床分期、复发和预后有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;并与浸润性癌组织中微血管定量呈正相关 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。提示VEGF、bFGF是膀胱癌血管形成的主要血管生成因子 ,血管形成与膀胱癌发生和发展密切相关。 To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in primary transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) of bladder,and to determine their relationship with magnitude of angiogenesis.Both growth factor were assayed using immunohistochemical technique in 62 cases of TCC.The relationship between the expression of VEGF and bFGF in invasive neoplastic tissues and magnitude of angiogenesis were also investigated.The positive expression rates of VEGF and bFGF in neoplastin tissues were 56 5% and 46 8%,respectively.The expression of VEGF and bFGF showed positive relationship with tumor grades,stages,high recurrence, and shorter survival( P <0 05).The expression of VEGF and bFGF in invasive TCC was correlated with the magnitude of angiogenesis( P <0 01, P <0 05).VEGF and bFGF are two major angiogenic growth factors, and angiogenesis might play an important role in the development and invasiveness of TCC.
