摘要
考虑由一个第三方物流企业和一个客户企业所构成的外包物流渠道,其中产品的市场需求是随机的且同时受到销售价格和物流服务努力水平的影响.假设市场需求为乘积形式,分别得出了分散式外包物流和整合物流两种渠道中客户企业和3PL企业的最优决策.研究结果表明,传统的收益共享合同无法协调整个物流渠道,而收益共享与努力成本共担合同既可以协调客户企业的存货决策和销售定价决策,同时也可以协调3PL企业的服务努力水平决策,并且能实现双方共赢.最后,算例证实了结论的正确性.
This paper considers the outsourcing logistics channel consisted of a third party logistics enterprise and a customer enterprise, of which the product market demand is randomness, and meanwhile affected by selling price and logistics services effort level. It is assumed that the market demand has a multiplicative form. Under this assumption, this paper arrives at the optimal decisions of customers enterprises and 3PL enterprises in distributed outsourcing logistics channels and the integrated logistics channels respectively. Research results shows that the traditional revenue sharing can not coordinates the whole logistics channels, but the revenue sharing contract with effort-cost-sharing can coordinate not only the inventories and the selling price decisions but also the effort levels decisions of the logistics service, and it can achieve a win-win outcome. Finally, a numerical example is provided to confirm the correctness of the conclusions in this paper.
