摘要
目的：建立复方黄芪口服液制剂中总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法，以黄芪甲苷为对照品，在波长536nm处测定复方黄芪口服液中总皂苷的吸光度并计算其含量。结果：黄芪甲苷在0．0526-0．263μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9982），平均回收率为96．34％，RSD为1．57％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可作为复方黄芪口服液的质量控制方法。
Objective：To establish a method for the determination of the total saponins in Fufanghuangqi oral liquid. Methods： Based on the reference of Astragioside lV, the determination of total saponins by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 536 nm. Restllts： AstragalosidelVshowed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 052640. 263μg · mL -1 （r=0. 998 2）, the average recovery （n= 5） was 96.34 % （RSD= 1.57 ~）. Conclusion： The method was simple, relatively precise and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Fufanghuangqi oral liquid.
