摘要
本文报道用高效液相色谱法测定黄芪注射液中黄芪甲甙的含量。色谱柱为:NOVA-PAK C_(18)4μm(4.6mm×250mm);流动相:乙腈-0.1％磷酸(33:67),205nm检测,外标定量。结果表明,建立的方法完全适用于黄芪注射液中黄芪甲甙的含量测定。其方法快速、灵敏、重现性好。
In this paper a high performace liquid chromatographic method is described for the determia-tion of astragaloside IV in Injectio Astragali. The sample solution was analysed by a NOVA-PAK C18 4μm (4. 6mmμ250mm)colum with acetonitrile : 0. 1% phosphoric acid(33 : 67)as mobile phase, using a UV-detector at 205nm,External standard method was used for the determination. The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate and can be used for quatitive analysis of Injectio Astragali.
