摘要
目的:探讨医院综合管理的干预措施对骨折内固定取出术(IFTO)术前预防用抗菌药物的影响。方法:按照干预的不同时段从IFTO的病历中,分3组各抽取病历85例、66例和67例进行分析。结果:随着医院管理的深入抗菌药物的使用率、使用时间、人均费用、平均住院天数均显著下降,不合理使用抗菌药物得到遏制。结论:将抗菌药物临床合理应用管理纳入医院可持续、综合行政管理工作中是保障该项工作富有成效进行的条件。
Objective：To discuss the influence of intervention measures for preventive use of antibiotics in internal fixation taking-out operation. Methods：Use the technigue of fixation according to the different intervention time interval from the line in the medical record, divide into three groups（85 cases, 66 cases, and 67 cases） and analyse them. Results：With a group hospital management the antibiotics use ratio, drug utilization duration, average expenseper person and patient hospitalization days were remarkably decreased, so that the unreasonable use of antibiotics was kept control. Conclusion：The rational use of antibiotics should be put into the continuous and comprehensive anagement of hospital administration and only in this way the work can be safeguarded to conduct effectively.
