摘要
目的了解本院住院患者抗生素药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽查2003～2005年917份病历,以回顾性方式调查分析。结果在917例病历中,抗生素药物的平均使用率为75.35%,人均用药天数及人均费用呈逐年上升趋势。且存在有不合理用药情况,分别在合并用药、重复给药、药理作用、溶媒使用方面存在问题。结论我院抗生素药物的应用基本合理,但抗生素使用率偏高,需要进一步控制。
Objective To survey the autibiotics use of hospitalized cases and make reference for rational drug use . Methods Collected 917 inpatients cases between from 2003 to 2005 and the review investigation. Result At 917 inpatient cases, Average rate of autibiotics use were 75.35%, average days per case of autibiotics use and average cost per case of autibiotics use were increased steady, have not retional conditions： there are question in the united dreug, repeat make the drug, antiarrhythmic effect , with menstruum. Conclusion Autibiotics use of inpatient in my hospital were rational basicly, but antibiotics use frequency is higher, further check is needed.
