摘要
通过对国内外几种石墨电极不同热处理阶段的检测对比分析发现 ,国产电极在生坯阶段内在结构的“先天不足”是导致成品电极自身上多个测试点的各项理化指标相差悬殊的主要原因 ;产品的内部孔形状的大小也直接影响其最终质量 ;从SEM图象显示 ,在国产电极折断的断口面上存有从另一断面内拔出的完整无损的骨料颗粒现象 ,反映出国内粘结剂、浸渍剂质量还不能满足HP。
On the basis of analysis the microstructures of several domestic and foreign graphite electrodes from different heat treatment stages,it was found that the poor internal structure of extruded bodies was the main cause for the characteristics of different samples in one electrode.It was also found that shape and size of the internal holes contribute directly to the final quality of the electrodes. In some SEM images of domestic electrodes, some un destroyed particles pulling out from one breaking section could be observed in another breaking section. This indicates evidently that the domestic binder pitch and impregnation pitch were unsuitable for manufacturing of HP & UHP graphite electrodes.
