摘要 工程石墨材料的性能与其中的孔隙有着密切的关系,本文系统地研究了孔隙率对由同样的原材料经相同的制造工艺制成的具有不同孔隙率的石墨材料性能的影响。结果表明,石墨材料的力学性能均随孔隙率的增加而降低。石墨性能与孔隙率之间的这种相关性是显著的,可以很好地用一个经验的线性函数或指数函数进行定量的描述。石墨材料的断裂行为也随其孔隙率的增加而更加偏离理想的线性行为. The properties of engineering graphites are closely related to their porosities.This paper reports a systematic study of the effects of porosity on the mechanical properties of graphites which are made from the same raw materials and by the same manufacturing process but with different porosities.The results show that the mechanical properties of graphites decrease as their porosities increase.And the correlations between graphite properties and their porosites are significant and can be quantitatively well described by empirical linear and exponential functions.The fracture behaviour of graphite materials deviates more considerably from ideal linear behaviour as their porosities increase.
