反渗透-电去离子技术制备药用水可行性分析 被引量:20

摘要 以反渗透与电去离子为核心技术 ,结合必要的预处理及后处理 ,构成一种新型药用水生产工艺 ,用自来水作进料水 ,制取药用水 .对工艺特点进行了分析 ,按中国药典及美国药典注射用水的规定对产水进行了系统检测 .同时 ,对工艺过程水作了紫外吸收及荧光等光谱分析 .结果表明 ,该工艺设计合理 ,能有效去除原水中各种杂质 ,产品水符合中国药典及美国药典规定 ,是一种值得推广应用的新型药用水生产技术 . A novel process for production of pharmaceutical grade water is composed of reverse osmosis and electrodeionization as key technique combined with some pretreatment and aftertreatment components.Tap water was fed for purification.The characteristics of the process are analyzed in this paper.The product water was determined by procedures given under water for injection both in Eighth Supplement,USPXXIII and ChP1995.Meanwhile,water samples from each part of the system were tested by ultraviolet absorption and fluorescent spectrum.Results show that various kinds of impurities in raw water can be removed by the system effectively and the product water satisfies all criteria for water for injection.
