Preparation of ultra-pure water

摘要 采用预处理+2级反渗透+ED I+混床工艺制备超纯水。实验结果证明,出水Ca2+质量浓度小于2μg/L,Na+质量浓度小于5μg/L,S iO2质量浓度小于5μg/L,电阻率稳定在17 MΩ.cm,能满足生产要求。 A process based on the combination of pretreatment, double-stage reverse osmosis system, electrodeionization (EDI) module and mixed bed is used to produce ultra-pure water. The water quality parameters of the output water are shown as follows:Ca^2+ concentration is less than 2 μg/L,Na^+ concentration is less than 5 μg/L, SiO2 concentration is less than 5 μg/L and its electrical conductivity remains 17 MΩ·cm,which could reach the requirement of industrial production.
