EDI膜堆运行过程中影响因素的分析

Study on Affecting Factors of Electrodeionization Modules in Operation Process

摘要 探讨了EDI膜堆相关运行参数对于膜堆性能的影响.结果表明:膜堆运行时间延长有利于其稳定;电流随电压的增大而非线性增大;浓淡水流量比固定时,进水总流量越大,电压极限值就越大;在极限电压内运行时,进水流量增大,产水水质下降;膜堆在适当淡水背压下运行,有利于产水水质的提高. The influence of several related operating parameters on performance of EDI modules was probed in.The results show that longer running time has favorable impact on the stability of EDI modules,and the increasing voltage increases the nonlinear of the current.When the ratio of currents is fixedt,he greater the total volume of watert,he greater the voltage limits.And within the limited operating voltagei,ncreasing of the influent flow makes the water quality decline.At the same timet,he water quality can be i...
