摘要
时间间隔测量的准确测量直接影响脉冲激光测距系统的精度,因此研究如何提高测距精度具有重大的意义。论文提出一种在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)中实现移相倍频脉冲计数法和差分延迟线法相结合的方法。利用FPGA内部锁相环产生四个相位相差90°的倍频时钟进行"粗"测量;利用缓冲器和D触发器形成延时链,对被测信号与相邻计数时钟的时间间隔进行"细测量"。测试结果表明,该方法可以将单点时间分辨率提高到82ps,多次测量可达40ps,对提高测距精度具有显著的效果。
The accurate measurement of time interval measurement directly affects the precision of the pulse laser ranging system, so study how to improve the ranging precision is of great significance. In this paper, Both Phase shift frequency doubling pulse counting method and the differential delay line method used in Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA). Using FPGA internal phase-locked loop produces four phase of 90 times frequency clock for coarse t; Using buffer and D trigger formation delay chain, To fine measurement the inter val between measured signal and count clock. Test results show that this method can improve a single point of time to resolution of 82 ps, multiple measurement can reach 40 ps, has significant effect to improve the measure precision.
