摘要
提出一种新的估计跳变计数测试置信度的方法,分析了置信度标准的一些性质,用有限状态自动机建立了测试过程的模型,用马尔柯夫链描述了自动机状态间的相互转换。在充分考虑随机信号的真实统计性的基础上,根据电路输出数据的概率分布特性,求出了测试置信度与测试序列长度间的相互关系。实验表明,理论数据与模拟结果非常吻合。
A new approach of the estimate test confidence for transition counting is pro-posed.The characters of confidence criterion are analysed.At the same time the model oftest procedure is created by means of finite automata. The transformation of the states in theautomata is described by using of Markov chains. Based on the actual statistics of randomsignals,in terms of the probabilistic distribution properties of output date for the circuit,therelation between test confidence and sequence length is found. Experiments show that theanalysis data agree favorably with the simulation results.
