摘要
测距能力和测距盲区是脉冲激光测距系统中亟待解决的一对矛盾。本文介绍了远距离低盲区脉冲激光测距实验系统的基本组成和工作原理。通过对各种脉冲飞行时间测量方法的比较,确定采用延迟线数字插入法完成脉冲飞行时间的测量,从而保证系统的精度、测程和分辨率。同时,对测距盲区产生的原因进行了分析,提出了引入自动功率调节模块降低测距盲区的方法。系统利用雪崩光电二极管APD作为光电接收器件,采用软硬件结合的智能温度补偿方案对APD进行温度补偿。
Detection ability and blind region are always contradictory in pulse laser range finder. Composing and principle of remote pulse laser range finder with small blind region are presented. After comparing several pulse time - of- flight measurement methods, delay- line interpolation method is used to accomplish time- of- flight measurement to guarantee the system's precision, measurement range and resolution. At the same time the causes of blind region are analyzed and auto- power adjusting module is brought in the system to reduce blind region. In the system, APD is used as photoelectric detector and intelligent temperature compensation method based on hardware and software is applied to compensate APD.
