基于ISO9000标准培养食品类高素质应用型人才

摘要 介绍ISO9000族的相关知识并引入高等教育中来,将其八项基本原则与培养食品类人才有机地结合起来,全面与世界先进的管理理念接轨,既可满足高校自身的生存发展,提高教职工素质,推进民主管理;又在传统的教学及管理基础上改革创新;且能够为食品工业提供高素质应用型人才。 The article gave a general introduction of the knowledge derived from the ISO9000 ,and led it into the higher education ,by applying its eight basic principles to the cultivation of talents in the field of Food Science ,In line with the world's advanced management theory more fully .It was suitable not only for the improvement of the staff qualities and the promotion of democratic management in the uni-versities ,but also for the reform and innovation on the basis of traditional teaching and managing sys-tem .Moreover ,it could also provide high -quality applied talents for Food industry .
