摘要
运用ISO9000族标准在高等教育教学质量管理中,主要包括:以顾客为关注焦点、领导作用、全员参与、过程方法、管理的系统方法、持续改进、基于事实的决策方法、与供方互利的关系等。同时,阐述了ISO9000族标准在高等教育质量管理中应用的评价。
The application of Isog000 standard in college educational quality includes： e.entered on customers, the leaders＇ role, mass participation, the process, systematic methods, constant improvement, decision making methods, win-win relationship and so on. This paper also stated the evaluation of it in college education.
