摘要
目的:探讨磁处理酒对小鼠心、肝、脑和肾脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:SOD的测定用邻苯三酚法,MDA的测定用TBA法。结果:磁酒组小鼠心匀浆和肾匀浆SOD活力(2066±7818)ug和(2943±1130)ug明显高于对照组(1248±5141)ug和(1037±7343)ug(P<005,P<001)。磁酒组小鼠肝匀浆SOD活力(8953±3444)ug明显高于白酒组(5797±2715)ug(P<005)。磁酒组小鼠肝匀浆和肾匀浆MDA含量(6409±1000)nmolL和(5902±1055)nmolg明显低于白洒组(7668±1087)nmolg和(7257±1496)nmolg(P<005)。磁酒组小鼠心匀浆MDA含量(5974±4269)nmolg明显高于白酒组(5133±5640)nmolg(P<001)。结论:磁处理酒对小鼠心、肝和肾脏的SOD活力和MDA含量有一定影响。
Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the effects of magnetized liquor on the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Malon-dialdehyde(MDA) in the heart,liver,brain and kidney of mice Methods:SOD activity was determined with Trihydroxy benzene and MDA content was measured with TBA(Thio bar bituric Acid) method Results:SOD activities of heart and kidney homogenate in magnetized liquor group (206 6±78 18 and 294 3±113 0)u/g were much higher than those in control group(124 8±51 41 and 103 7±73 43)u/g SOD activity of liver homogenate in magnetized group (895 30±344 40u/g)markedly higher than that in liquor group(579 7±271 50)u/g(P<0 05) MDA contents of liverand kidney homogenate magnetized liquor group(64 09±10 00 and 59 02±10 55)nmol/gwere lower than those in the liquor group(76 68±10 87 and 72 57±14 96)nmol/g(P<0 05) MDA content of heart homogenate in magnetized liquor group (59 74±4 26)nmol/g was significantly higher than that in the liquor group(51 33±5 64)nmol/g(P<0 05) Conclusion:the magnetized liquor could affect the SOD activity and MDA content of main internal organs of mice
