摘要
采用旋磁作用于小鼠,以探讨磁生物效应对自由基代谢的影响。实验结果表明,经旋磁处理后,小鼠血液、心脑组织中MDA降低,SOD、GSHpx、GSH、T-AO升高。提示旋磁具有抑制自由基,增强抗氧化防御能力的作用。
In the paper,the effect of rotating magnetic field on free radical metabolism in mice was studied.The result showed that after treatment, the level of MDA was decreased,but the level of SOD,GSHpx,GSH and total antioxidant was increased. It indicates that the rotating magnetic field could inhibit the free radical and strengthen the anti-oxidation.
