六味地黄丸及其组方中药对酪氨酸酶活性影响的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:为了研究中药对酪氨酸酶活性影响,用中药治疗色素障碍性皮肤病提供实验依据。方法:采用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法体外测定六味地黄丸及其组方中药对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果:六味地黄丸组酪氨酸酶活性降低(水提物P<0.05,醇提物P>0.05),其组方中药水提物熟地、丹皮组酪氨酸酶活性增高,茯苓、山药、山茱萸降低;醇提物中丹皮、泽泻增高,茯苓、山药、山茱萸降低。结论:六味地黄丸使酪氨酸酶活性降低(水提物);六味地黄丸组方中药熟地、丹皮使酪氨酸酶活性增高,茯苓、山药、山茱萸使酪氨酸酶活性降低,泽泻组水提物增高、醇提物降低。 Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on tyrosinase activity for the purpose of treating pigmentary disorders of thd skin with reliable experimental evidence. Methods: Tyrosinase activity was estimated by measuring the rate of oxidation of DL-dope. Results: The tyrosinase activity decreased in the group treated with Rehmanniae pill of six ingredients (Liuwei Dihuand wan) (water extrat P < 0.05, ethanol extract P >0.05), but that in the group treated with each ingredient separately, increased in water extract of prepared Rhizoma of rehmannia and Cortex moutan radicis, decreased in water extract of Poria, Rhizoma dioscoreae, Fructus corni and Rhixoma alismatis; increased in ethanol extract of Cortex moutan radicis and Rhizoma alismatis, decreased in ethanol of Poria, Rhizoma dioscoreae and Fructus corni. Conclucions: Tyrosinase activity could be reduced by Rehmanniaepill of six ingredients (its water extract) and could be strengthned by its individual ingredient such as prepared Rhizoma of rehmannia and Cortex moutan radicis and could be reduced by Poria, Rhizoma dioscoreae and Fructus corni.Tyrosinase activity decreased in water extract and increased in ethanol extract.
