摘要
目的:观察左归丸、右归丸对老年大鼠HPA轴所属组织形态结构变化的影响。方法:以自然衰老大鼠为肾虚证动物模型,HE染色,光镜观察HPA轴所属组织结构的增龄性变化,以及补肾方药(左、右归丸)的改善作用。结果:老年大鼠垂体、下丘脑、肾上腺皮质组织形态结构呈现明显的老年性退化,左归丸、右归丸能不同程度改善这些组织结构。结论:左归丸、右归丸能从组织结构形态方面延缓下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴的老年性变化。
Objective：To observe the effect of Zuogui pill and Yougui pill on the morphologic changes of HPA axis organisms in senile rat. Methods ： Rats were divided into 4 groups ： the young control group;the senile control group; Zuogui pill group; Yougui pill group. Observe their HPA axis organisms morphological changes with microscope. Results：In the HPA axis organisms of the senile rats,the basophilic cells increased while the acidophilic cells decreased rapidly. In the senile rats orally taking Yougui pill or Zuogui pill, the number of basophilic cells and acidophilic cells is approximate to that of the young rats. Conclusion：Orally taking Yougui pill or Zuogni pill can improve the morphologic of the HPA axis organisms.
